My Coach

My soccer coach has been one of my main inspirations throughout my soccer career. I met him in 5th grade when I went out to play soccer on the school team, as the season progressed so did I thanks to him. He helped me with several aspects of my game, but mostly he helped me with my kick. He would come over and show me against the fence how to kick the ball, "always follow through" he told me. As a got into middle school I would realize, he wasn't getting paid for this, he was volunteering and getting off work early too. He was sacrificing his time just to help us play better, that is respectable. To this day I have him to thank because I am one of the hardest kickers or longest on my soccer team. Growing up through middle school he continued to help me then this year, when we won the championships for the first time in school history. Coach was very proud of us although one of the main reasons of our success was his coaching, he has been and will be a very inspirational person in my soccer career as well as my life.
