What!

Oh what check it I just got down with my aerobics and cardio workout and now I'm moving onto dumbbells and I've lost 1 pound burn 6% fat and gain 3 lb.s of muscle but my abs still suck I don't have much of any but I'm working on it I'm burning tons of fat muahahahahahaa die fat!!!! and I've only been doing this certain exercise for a week! WHAT!

Ha Ha! 3 pounds of muscle? I don't belive it! Not on your abb's? I just might have more of a six pack by the time I am done working out this summer! Just kidding, but I do have good abbs! Miss ya!
